My bank bought us the materials not realizing that we needed to take the 79 (not the 7), so I have it sitting in my apartment unopened. I am moving out of town, so need to get rid of the bulk. Below I will walk you through the Series 7 Top-Off Exam’s difficulty level.This new exam was first offered in October 2018, and student feedback abounds. That said, the feedback is mixed and similar to my SIE Exam difficulty discussion, the degree of difficulty for the new top-off exam is quite dependent on the student’s background. 2 weeks on my own, 4 days in the live class, and then 3 days studying / reviewing on my own. Approximately 3 to 3.5 weeks. I took the Series 7 on 08/10 and I used the STC to prepare. 3 days
